Great article. Children will choose to eat better. I see children ask their parents to buy healthier food. These are the results from a class I teach at the local high school as a volunteer. This is a no-nonsense nutrition class titled, "Please Don't Eat The Wallpaper!" I teach them a pop tart is basically edible glue and plastic. They don't seem to want the pop tart so much anymore after learning about the actual ingredients of the pop tart. They begin to choose the carrot on their own. We just need to tell them.
